i brought some dvds for my daughter for christmas a boxset costing me 40pound i did not recieve them i have tried to contact the company and no one has replyed i keep trying but ive had nothing please can someone help i have proof of the reciet to.

hi, sorry to hear about this you could try contacting citizens advice they will be able to put you in touch with someone who can help. maybe a solicitor who can take them to a small claims court it wont cost you anything to do this. thats what i would do. i got conned into buying something that wasnt what it said it was once i lost 60 quid, its a nightmare!! good luck x

Hi Stacey Look them up on the web is there a head office to write to. Write to them and say how disappointed your daughter was and that you would like your money back immediately and compensation for the incovenience caused or ask them to send the DVDs plus compensation. Let me know if you need any help doing a letter. no prob. Take care
