Faulty Tumble Dryer
Hi, If you bought this item and it was faulty within the 12 month guarantee and the repair made did not solve the problem then you are entitled to a refund or replacement, xxx have an obligation to help you out as they also provide a manufacturer guarantee and warranty as well as the 12 months from store you purchased the appliance from. Check the paperwork that came with the appliance as many manufacturers offer more than one year warranty on appliances. Also if you can prove that the repair took place within the 12 month guarantee from the store then you would still be entitled to a refund or replacement. Also contact consumer rights to check what else you may be able to do. regards, Jay.
