Having children for more benefit..

I am sick and tired of seeing people having children just so they can get more benefit money for drink, drugs, partying, etc!! I know alot of people who have never had a job and have no intention of ever working because from what they say 'what's the point??'. These mothers and fathers that I know go out drinking up to four or five times a week!! It's disgracefull!! This money could be spent on someone really needing it not those wasters who drain our system because they can't use protection and get a job!!
