I am looking for details of a recipe from a previous issue

I bought That's life a few weeks ago when i was at the airport to go on holiday and it had a recipe for cream cheese and mushrooms. It sounded lovely and very simple! I kept the magazine and was sure that I packed it away for coming home but it has vanished...I must have left it behind. I would be very grateful if someone could give me the details of this recipe. I'm not sure what issue it was in. I bought it on the 25th of May. Thanks in advance.
