Unpopular as that opinion may be, any pregnant woman who smokes is a disgrace. I spent almost 3 weeks in hospital when I was pregnant, fearing I would have my baby early, and every time I went outside for fresh air, there were pregnant women from the same ward in their PJ's chuffing away outside, and some were smoking outside the Neo Natal ward.
