Dumb cravings!!
When I was pregnant with my little boy I had serious cravigs for spaghetti (hope that's spelt right!!) When I was about 7 months gone I found a large piece of glass in a tin of spaghetti I had just opened. I freaked out and threw the whole thing in the bin but when I calmed down I wrote a letter to Tescos to tell them about it, not seriously expecting a reply, but two weeks later I got a package with five tins of spaghetti and a £20 gift voucher inside!! Tescos, best customer care in the world!

I purchased a microwave
I purchased a microwave chilli con carne from the local costcutter, only to cook it and find a large piece of cardboard inside. I contacted the company nisa holdings and to this day still not recieved any correspondance at all, & this was several months ago.

I sent a mangled packet of
I sent a mangled packet of crisps to tayto with a nice letter & they sent me a box of crisps :) and I had a pair of straighteners from Vidal Sassoon that I'd used about 3times before they stopped working, they sent me another set. My mum was mortified but I was like 'no, I'm on the minimum wage, I expect the stuff I buy to be at least fit for purpose, the millionaires that manufacture this crap can at least send me something that performs it's function!' don't even get me started on eBay sellers... Omg, if I'd found something like that in any of my food I wouldn't want another 5 tins of it! Boke!
