Race for Life
Just wanted everyone to support the race for life on the 29th June at Southend. Im running well hobbling! My dad had stomach and throat cancer six years ago and nearly died it was touch and go for a while but thankfully he pulled through and has been in remission and clear for six years now. Im running for him and cant wait actually it should be a lot of fun as well as hard work and raise a bit of money for charity. So come along and support us all. louise hooper canvey

thankyou for your support i will let you know how i get on. Joined the gym today god help me!! So scary when you first walk in and everyone standing there skinny and staring at you as if you should be in the cake shop not gym!! Anyway got to get fit for run speak soon
