race for life

Well i did it. i really enjoyed it. i did the race for life on sunday at Southend. I was going to run it in about 30 mins or so i thought!!!! No seriously my friend Claire who features in last weeks edition of Thats life page 34. She suffers from tremors, well there was her and her sister Sue and myself and we started running then all of a sudden Claire went white and started shaking ske couldnt run anymore so Sue and i had to hold her hand. We asked her if she wanted to stop but she said no im gonna do it, and with sheer determination she did it. We walked around the course then at the end i said come on lets see if we can run to finish line and we held her up and we all ran through the finish line it was great and well done to claire she was really ill but did it. Def gonna do it next year just got to collect sponsor money now thanks to all who sponsored me see you next year!!!
