Short Rib Polydactyl Syndrome

Has anyone out there been affected by the condition Short Rib Polydactyl syndrome? I lost my baby girl to it nearly 7 years ago and I've never heard of it since then, it is a very rare genetic condition which is fatal, I live in Ireland so maybe there are more cases in the U.K as I've not come accross anyone in Ireland.
