i have a problem with spots my face isint to bad its my chest thats the problem ive tried every thing but the spots keep coming back it is so annoying i use 2 wear vest tops or low cut tops but cant now because im 2 ashamed this shouldnt b happening as im 28 2 plz help me

i suffer with the same problem but on my face, i tried everything in the shop from cheap to expensive and the thing i found worked was vitamins i take wassens zinc-ACE once a day it helps with your reproductive hormones which is where spots originally come from not chocolate and chips as everyone says and also use a non perfumed soap i use fairy soap which you can get from wilkos quite cheap see if that help it does take a couple of weeks to kick in but hopefully it will help if you clear up and then get the spot scars after use bio-oil a few times a day you will notice a difference within a week hope it helps!

My grandson uses aloe vera gel [SOME CONTENT DELETED BY WEB ADMIN]  Swears by it.
