hi, have phoned That's Life mag office regarding the online entry form for the comps in Summer Special 2, the online entry is different to the magazine entry form, had a great phone call back to say they'd re-jig it & they have :) but, unfortunately some of the puzzles are missing now from the online form, hope someome can look at it for us please :) lottie_10 aka korkythekat

Hello there That was me you spoke to yesterday. I just had a look at the online form and all the puzzles appear to be there. Please have another look. If you still find some of the puzzles missing do let us know which ones. Good luck John

Yes, the online entry coupon has just been restored, following a glitch that has had our techies scratching their heads for several days.

We're really sorry for the inconvenience to those of you who have been so quick off the mark to get your entries in, but you should now find it back in business.

Hi Steve I posted my answers about 45 mins ago, I was very careful, I didn't enter the 2 holiday ones, but did enter the others. The Adrian Edmonson one was put in the wrong place, and 2 were left out even though I checked them caefully before submitting. Thanks Julie

Iv'e submitted my answers for Summer special 2, but my answers have been jumbled up on the form, and some answers were not even there.

hi, the form was all in correct order when i submitted my answers earlier this evening at around 7.30 :)

Iv'e submitted my answers for Summer special 2, but the confirmation screen has my answers all muddled up and some answers were not even there. For example Page 14, Page 40 and Page 50 all show the same Page 14 answer. The correct page 40 answer is now shown against Page 66. And some other answers are missing. Can you delete my entry and let me know when the form is working correctly. Thanks

Thanks for clearing the form, but the same problem still exists where my answers are jumbled after pressing submit, please can you clear it again when the problem is fixed. thanks.

Just posted my answers but they have not come out properly - could you please correct them.

Hi, Same problem here -confirmation on them came out jumbled and i did put them in carefully and correctly - this was done at midnight on 30th June.

my answers have also become jumbled and in two cases, answers didn't even appear even though i filled in the boxes

Today I have had exactly the same problem after submitting as Maryaileen and Amsquared with pages 14, 40, 50 and 66 mixed up etc.

Just carefully posted m answers on the form but when submitted some answers were duplicated and some muddled up and not in the right place Does this mean I have entered correctly or not? or shall I have another go to see if it works next time? Please let me know what to do Thanks

Once again, I'm sorry for the continuing issues that have dogged this part of our online service. The Summer Special 2 online entry page has been attended to again by our web team and, when I tested it just now, everything was working properly.

Fingers crossed: it should stay that way this time. It just goes to show that to err is human but, to really mess things up, you need a state-of-the-art computer.

The good news is that the scrambling problem was only affecting the on-screen display, and that your actual entries have been safely and correctly delivered to the database. So there's no need to resubmit your answers.

The page may occasionally be out of action today while we run some further checks. If you can't get in, please try again about an hour later.
