Baby stroller broken

I bought my babys travel system from Bebe Amour website, (which doesn't seem to sell buggies, car seats etc anymore)it is made by Bebe Confort, I have tried to contact the aftersales customer care in UK for Bebe Confort but the number no longer works and I have emailed teh company in France. I had a lot of trouble getting this buggie from the original website being put off with delivery dates and not getting responses from emails, it took about 3 months to get delivered. Since I have had it (my daughter is 7 months old) I havent had a problem with it but yesterday the collapse button stopped working so the buggy doesnt lock when putting it up. I use my buggy everyday and really need to speak to someone at Bebe Confort as on their website it says that all their products have a 2 year guanrantee. Please help Thats life! Thank you
