Sincere apologies to all those of you who have been trying, unsuccessfully, to make online entries to the competitions in the new that's life! Summer Special.

Due to an unexpectedly tricky technical problem, the online entry coupon for this special issue has been unavailable for several days. However, the problem has at last been fixed and, if you click on the Competitions section, you should find it open for business and ready to receive your entries once again.

Unsuccessful entries

Hi Steve, The technical problems don't seem to have been sorted. Having input my answers and clicked the submit button, my answers were all jumbled/repeated in the form. Please will you delete my submission and let me know when the error has been corrected so that I can re-submit my answers. Kind regards, Lorri.

Hi Lorri

Once again, I'm sorry for the continuing issues with this part of our online service. It has been attended to again by our web team and, when I tested it just now, everything was working properly again.

The good news is that the scrambling problem was only affecting the on-screen display, and that your actual entry (and everyone else's) was safely and correctly delivered to the database. So there's no need to resubmit your answers.
