help to put on weight

hi iam a 46 yr old lady who over the passed 6 months has been diagnoised with generalised anxiety disorder i have gone fron 8st 2 to just under 7 stone .but no one seems to want to help me gain weight. every where u look its all about how to loose weight but nothing to help a thin person gain weight

hi im one of the women that need to lost some but there are places out there . like eating disorder classes for women and men that are underweight try your docs im sure you can find other people you ca talk to hope you find the help x

Don't do it the way the many
Don't do it the way the many obese people in the country do it! You need to ask your doctor or look on Internet about what to eat to do it in a way that won't clog your arteries and organs with fat. (I.e. Pizzas, ready meals, loaves of bread, biscuits & crisps & takeaways might do the job but you'll be bloated, have bad skin & god knows what else) are you eating at least 1500 calories a day? You may find that you put weight on again when you're feeling better, living on our nerves burns up a lot of energy!
