1. Forum Rules and terms and conditions
1.1 In accordance with the following Forum Rules (“Forum Rules”), H. Bauer Publishing (H. Bauer) grants you as an authorised user (“Authorised User” or “you”) of this H. BAUER website (“Website”) certain rights in relation to the forum services provided by H.BAUER (as set out below) (“Forum”) and in return you agree to perform certain obligations.
1.2 Please read these Forum Rules carefully. They are a legal document and, by your continued use of the Forum on the Website, you agree to be bound by the Website’s Terms and Conditions displayed on the Website and these Forum Rules.
1.3 In particular, you agree that you have read understood and agree the following clauses as set out in the Website’s Terms and Conditions in relation to:
* your relationship with third parties and Merchants as set out in clauses 6.1 and 6.2;
* your responsibilities for use of Web Site (clause 7);
* your consent to use personal information (clause 8);

2. Using the Forum legally and in accordance with H. BAUER guidelines

A temporary password will then be mailed to you enabling access to the Forum. Please note your responsibility in relation to such password as set out in the Website Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Only one user identity is granted per email address. You are strongly discouraged from registering more than one user identity by using multiple mail addresses and/or registering identities that deliberately set out to mimic other identities in use and/or registering identities of a similar or identical nature to persons in the public eye.
