I have recently had a bad experience with DHL and have just received a call from their customer service centre, but it seemed like all the blame has been shifted to me for their staff not being efficient, and I just feel helpless. Is their anything I can do?

I was recently in a bad relationship which included being beaten up. After i was attacked i was told that my now ex has a very violent past and been in and out of prison. Even now hes on an assult charge which goes to court soon! I wish a law could be instated where people have the right to check out there partners criminal past even just to alert them to any viloence! Getting beaten up a few times is nothing compared to what some women(and men) go through but its made me think that if id known the truth i might of been able to walk away umaharmed!

Hi, Not sure if you can actually mention buisness names on here so havent! Recently we visited a well known fast food place, and ordered a side of chicken wings ;) (Guessed where it is yet!) Anyway all 4 were absolutly raw all the way through, once I bit in to one of them, blood literly poured out! After speaking to the manager he said there was a problem with the fryers. No Kidding! We complained to head office and they offered us £250 compensation.

i took pictures xmas day of my daughters 1st xmas she is 8months old and a pic of me and my mum, its only pic i would of had but when went to print out memory card broke in kodaks machine in tesco, kodak say they cant do nothing about it, didnt even offer me a new card, pc world have said can retrieve pics so as a site on net for £145 what can i do bout kodak?
